These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of ghea.online and your enrollment in courses offered by GHEA Online (“GHEA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By registering or paying for a course, you agree to these terms.

Course Information

The Basic English A1 Online Course is an 8-week program delivered live through Google Meet. Classes are scheduled twice weekly for one hour per class. Course dates, times, instructor information, and access instructions will be provided during enrollment or by email.

Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment is limited to 10 students and is not guaranteed until registration and required payment are completed. The pilot-course price is $240 per student, representing 16 one-hour classes at $15 per hour. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• A full refund is available when cancellation is requested at least 7 calendar days before the first scheduled class.
• A 50% refund is available when cancellation is requested fewer than 7 calendar days before the first scheduled class but before the course begins.
• No refund is available after the first scheduled class has begun.
• If GHEA Online cancels the entire course, enrolled students will receive a full refund.
• If GHEA Online cancels an individual class, we may reschedule the class or provide another reasonable remedy.

Refund requests must be sent to info@ghea.online. Processing times may depend on the payment provider.

Attendance and Missed Classes

Students are responsible for attending scheduled classes. Missed classes do not normally qualify for refunds, credits, or individual make-up sessions. GHEA may provide class materials when available but does not guarantee recordings of live classes.

Technology Requirements

Students are responsible for having a reliable internet connection, a compatible device, working audio, and access to Google Meet. GHEA Online is not responsible for a student’s device, internet, software, or connectivity problems.

Student Conduct

Students must communicate respectfully and avoid disruptive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior. GHEA may remove a student whose conduct interferes with instruction or the safety of others. Removal for misconduct does not qualify for a refund.

Educational Results

GHEA provides instruction, practice, and educational support, but does not guarantee a particular level of fluency, employment outcome, test score, immigration result, or other personal result. Progress depends on attendance, participation, practice, and individual circumstances.

Course Materials and Intellectual Property

Course materials provided by GHEA are for the enrolled student’s personal educational use. Students may not copy, sell, publicly distribute, upload, record, or commercially reuse classes or materials without written permission.

Privacy

Use of personal information is governed by the GHEA Online Privacy Policy. Payment information is processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms and privacy policies.

Changes to Courses or Terms

GHEA may make reasonable changes to instructors, schedules, course content, technology, or these terms when necessary. Material changes affecting enrolled students will be communicated by email or through the website.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GHEA Online is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, participation in a course, third-party services, or technology failures.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
